Réalisation de Delage. En mars 1916, apparut cet avion qui venait remplacer le Nieuport 11 Bébé. Il était plus grand, mieux armé, plus puissant et plus rapide. Sans doute l'un des avions les plus efficaces côté allié, jusqu'à l'arrivée des SPAD VII.

Realization of Delage. In March, 1916, appeared this plane which came to replace Nieuport 11 Baby. It was bigger, better armed, more powerful and faster. Doubtless one of the most effective planes allied side, until the arrival of the SPAD VII.

Nommé DFW-T28 FLOH (Puce). Conçu et fabriqué à la fin de 1915. Moteur MERCEDES 6 cylindres à refroidissement liquide de 100Cv. Vitesse remarquable de 180Km/h dès le premier vol. Décollage et atterrissage très délicat.

Chasseur allemand. Version améliorée. Connu aussi sous le nom d'Aviatik Berg ou Aviatik D1. Premier vol 24 janvier 1917. Moteur 6 cylindres Austro-Daimler développant 180 Cv. Fabriqué sous différentes versions à plus de 700 exemplaires. La plus rapide atteignait 185 Km/h.
