How to copy parts from another model

We are going to add R/C parts by copying another plane.
Under creating a fuselage, load one more Metasequoia.
Windows start / program



Close the eyes except the objects that you need.
This means to confirm the parts you need also.



Select the all parts that you want to copy.
Copy them. Select / Copy
At this time unlock the objects'.
Confirm the points and wires turn to green



Then go to the screen of the under creating fuselage.
And add the objects.
Select / paste




After you add the objects, they will be into one object as  [obj1]
The batteries, servos and TX will be as one.



You will find that here is only one servo.
The missing servo was made with mirroring.
After copying and pasting the mirroring on the servo will be disable.



We are going to do mirroring on the servo to get one more servo.
Select Object property and select Separated.





Notice
You can make one more servo as bellow either.
Unlock the cell of the servo in the object panel and select Object on the upper menu bar.
Then freeze it. (Click Object in upper menu)
Another servo will have points, wires and faces.




There is anther way to add parts from another model.
Move it upward or side.
Then copy and paste the entire model and delete the parts you don't need.



File / Insert / (select file) / Open / Create as all new objects /



Another model will appear.



Delete the objects that you don't need by clicking on the Object panel.



Move under creating fuselage downward and arrange the position and their size.
